Nick Villa has over 40 years of experience as a real estate professional. His career has involved the acquisition, redevelopment, management and brokerage of a variety of investment properties. Over the years Nick has completed 22 projects for his own portfolio and represented clients in over 115 transactions; orchestrating the purchase, sale, lease or exchange of commercial and residential properties.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Nick obtained a degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing and Business Management. He worked in the insurance risk management business before becoming a full-time investor and real estate broker. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute and has been affiliated with Re/Max, Coldwell Banker and Square Foot, LLC, He is currently the principal of Bluebird Associates, LLC. and has established strong ties and good working relationships with other real estate professionals involved in the financing, acquisition, development and management of investment property.
